Shipping & Delivery:

Our live plants are shipped year round on Mondays by USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and Federal Express. We offer 2 to 3 day shipping only on live plants to ensure prompt delivery.  Shipment of our nursery stock can be delayed to the Monday of your choosing by contacting us with your preferred shipping date. We ship to the USA only. We do not ship internationally because of prohibitions on live plants.

Privacy & Security:

Our credit card processing is performed on secure pages. Email addresses are not shared. Credit card numbers are not visible to us but only to the credit card company. 

Returns & Replacements:

We promise safe arrival of the trees that are purchased from us. Living trees require care. We do not replace trees that suffer from the lack of care or improper care by others.  We provide information on each species with purchase to aid in customer efforts to succeed in growing the trees. If a customer has problems or suspects a problem with his or her trees, pictures can be emailed to joe@giant-sequoia.com for a diagnosis and a possible solution to the problem.  

Ordering:

Our products can be purchase online from our website store or ordered by phone using a credit card by calling 559 349 0081. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions:

We accept payment by all major credit cards and Paypal. Money orders are accepted as well. To pay by money order please contact us by phone or email for a total.
