This package contains 1 noble fir (Abies procera) seedling. This seedling is 3 to 5 inches tall. The noble fir is hardy in zones 2-6 and 15-17. This species is native to the Siskiyou Mountains of California and the northern mountains of Oregon and Washington. This species is similar to the red fir in appearance and is grown as a living Christmas tree. It grows 90 to 200 feet tall and 20-30 feet wide in the wild. These trees were grown from seed and are not transplants from the wild. The photo was taken on 7/1/11.
